I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how this hotel can possibly rank #3 of all hotels in Durban. Hmmm....let's see, the reception desk is behind bulletproof glass. The lights in the hallways don't work, which made it nearly impossible to get into the room (let alone get into the room SAFELY). One cannot venture out at night... more
