The hotel is easy to find and is in a good spot for the beach and local bars. Great location and owners Wayne and Vicki are friendly and helpful. We had the usual 2 night stay, while travelling around the Western Cape. The Palms is very easy to find just off the N2 and a very short walk to the lovely big beach. Can't fault the Palms! We were made to feel at home by excellent hosts - Wayne, Vicky and Candace. Beautiful room and fabulous food - not to be missed, definitely stay for dinner. Only a short walk to amazing beaches. Our only regret is that we only stayed 1 night - definitely stay longer next time! more

Agree with all the earlier reviews, lovely, lovely place, extremely friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting near the beach, lovely gardens with birds, great rooms (ours had the most enormous bath), enjoyed a drink in the lounge (honesty bar) before dinner. Great food, would definately recommend to anyone, best stop off on the garden route drive. more
