We stayed at the Shishangeni lodge for 3 nights in July and loved every minute of it. The game drives were obviously the best part, and our ranger, Simon, took requests as to which animals were our favorites and if we wanted to take various alternate routes to see different regions of the park. We’ve been to quite a few game lodges before but this was really not up to standard. They didn’t serve cocktails at the bar and for a 5star rating I think that is very bad. When you look on the website you see all these meals and on the game drive there is lovely refreshments but when you get there... more
