For a 5-star hotel the service level is below expected standard and the state of cleanliness in the rooms is awful. The dry cleaning service managed to ruin two business suits. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone despite the good location. more

Such a nice Hotel, great location, kind and helpful staff - though housekeeping needs improvement. Receptionists handle each problem tactfully. Excellent food, terrific breakfast. Deserves good credit. Wish it was more affordable for a second stay. more

I spent with my wife 3 nights in the Westin last week and it was a really great Hotel. Located near bei the V&A Waterfront with a free Shuttle every 30 Minutes.
