My wife and I spent two nights in the Hotel Dolmen before taking our cruise. The location was good (just a few blocks from Florida) and the room well appointed although it had just had a fresh coat of paint so the fumes were heavy. Our room also happened to be next to an open stairwell so we got the... more

The Dolmen has nice comfortable rooms, an indoor pool on the roof. A lot of workers providing great service including many that spoke pretty good English, and where patient with my Spanish. The breakfast buffet covers 3 long tables with everything you can think of. There is a basic fitness center on the roof level, but they referred me to... more

A good 4 star hotel in a fairly central position. Well furnished rooms, good breakfast - all at a very reasonable price. Would certainly stay there again. more

Dolmen is greatly located, downtown, nearby calles Florida and Lavalle, as well as Nueve de Julio avenue, and short distance to Puerto Madero and Recoleta, the places to go for a great night. The room was okay, not spectacular or spacious, I have to say, but confortable and clean. It lacked a blanket, that´s true, but I requested and they... more

I stayed 4 nights at the Dolmen while in Buenos Aires to attend a wedding. My company's office in Argentina made the booking for me, which seemed to help a lot with the rate as it seems bookings made within Argentina are done at a lower price than bookings made otherwise. I arrived on an AM flight from the US... more

I am writing this review from the lobby of the hotel (while waiting for the shuttle bus to take my wife and I back to the airport) while my experience of this place is still fresh in my mind. We stayed 2 nights at the Dolmen Hotel and booked our stay via a travel agent from Australia. When we arrived... more

Loved our stay at Dolmen Hotel! Prices are reasonable and service is warm and personalized. We were treated to a very good FREE three course dinner --delicious-- and our waiter , Hugo, was efficient and kind. Mariano and others at the reception desk were very attentive. There are marble floors, mirrors and brass accents throughout. Our triple bedroom was large... more

After staying for 4 days I left the hotel on sunday 29th may. When I arrived home I missed my watch and 2 tshirts that I had left at the bathroom. I called the hotel and they said there was nothing left. But I am sure it was there. Do not stay there if you want to relax about your... more
