This hotel came with a package tour and it has a good location, but the hotel rooms are old and the smell of old smoke permiated the carpet, bedding, etc. It was not dirty as in bugs or anything, but the old smoke smell made me feel dirty all day and night. more

My wife and I stayed at the Amerian Congreso in early March 05. The rooms are comfortable and to american standard in size and amenities. Nice rooftop pool and breakfast area with good service.
