The only thing with merits the term "Gran Hotel" is the room size and the bed quality. The rest is an average middle class hotel, which needs at least a touch up for its price level of 100 US$ per night. We stayed in the Gran Hotel Mendoza in November this year. It was difficult to find hotels in Mendoza so we opted for the Gran Hotel Mendoza. In November my friend and I headed to Mendoza City to begin our tour of our favorite wineries. There was little information on hotels in Mendoza so we gambled with the Gran Hotel Mendoza.
