The place looked wonderful on the website; beautiful chalets in the woods with a fireplace and a kitchen in each unit. They didn't mention that they also had basement rooms under the chalets with no views and no balcony - and that's what I got. We had a great time at this lovely wood bungalows, just outside ushuaia, much better than most of the hotels in town.
