I have so many good things to say about this hotel that I will just start at the beginning! My husband and I traveled from Nassau, Bahamas for a computer training course that was being held at the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown, Phoenix, Arizona in January 2007. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel on Sunday afternoon.... more

Stayed at this hotel about one month ago. A very friendly check in by a congenial front desk person. Free cookies at check in. The room was very nicely furnished, very clean, very attractive. A/C a bit loud however. My only complaint about this place was that teenagers with their parent's keys were allowed to access the business center and... more

I stayed here primarilty for the $ 116 rate and to collect Honors points. The location is great for Phoenix and if you are familiar with the area, February is the highest of the high season so even the budget motels of the world are over $ 100 here. All I was looking for was a clean , quiet room... more

I stayed in one of the rooms on the 6th floor with the 2 double beds for 2 nights. There were 3 adults and 2 infants. The room was nice and clean, but there wasn’t enough room to walk around. The room was kind of long and very narrow with a balcony, which provided a lovely view of the pool.... more

This hotel was clean, however, the service was awful. The front desk was not accomodating, waited 3 hours for towels and the rooms were old. A/C did not work properly and I could hear the elevator all night long (from 5 rooms down the hall). If you are in this area the Hilton Suites is a half mile up the... more

This hotel's rooms were larger than the average Garden Inn room. I had a one bedroom. Microwave and Fridge, lots of closet space, free high-speed internet access. Bed was decent. The hotel is arranged a bit awkwardly, so it takes a bit of a walk to get to my room, with a few doors to go through and a walk... more

Hilton Garden Inn (DT Phx) Hotel is located adjacent to highrises and set back from the road. There are two buildings: a newer tower (7 stories) and an older three story building. Between them is a nice pool, hot tub and waterfall. The lobby is nice and includes a small bar. Check-in was uneventful and reception was very friendly My... more

Stayed at this property Aug 9-11, 2004. It was a very nice hotel. Room & hotel was completely air-conditioned and comfortable despite outside air temperature exceeding 110 degrees. I was attending meetings in a nearby office building, so the hotel was very convenient. Ate breakfast both mornings at their all-you-can eat buffet ($7.95) - food was very good and a... more

This was such a funny place. Right in the middle of downtown and it looked very nice. But when I got inside it was like a mausoleum -- nobody around except the person behind the front desk who was leaning on her hands looking so bored. My room was OK and it WAS air conditioned. The restaurant appeared to be... more

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenix AZ was phenomenal. The staff was personable and available at all times. I stayed during a doctoral residency, a time when the resources of any hotel would be strained to the utmost, and the Hilton passed with flying colors! The room air conditioner systems are wonderful, the 24 hour front desk... more
