I had read some reviews of this hotel which I am sure came before the remodeling. It was a beautiful location, outstanding landscaping, rooms, staff and meeting facilities. I do instruction around the southwest and have stayed at many hotels; however the staff was the most courteous and efficient that I had seen in some time. I highly recommend it... more

The room REEKED of air freshener. They spray it on the carpet to make the room smell "fresh". The assistant GM said there were no more rooms available (although the parking lot was mostly empty). We managed to tough it out by carpeting the room's floor with towels from the pool area. Still stunk, but it was tolerable. The neighborhood... more

We stayed at this hotel on Thanksgiving night and the next night also. I had booked this hotel months prior to our stay because I knew we were going to be visiting relatives for TG. The hotel is remodeled. We had 2 double beds on the 3rd floor. I requested 3rd floor facing the courtyard and that is what I... more

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the last 6-8 months. I would rate it average- I have stayed at nicer Courtyards. The beds are comfortable and the location is nice- right off the freeway. It is not the cleanest and it does need some updating. Other than that it is ok. more

After booking this property, we went to TripAdvisor and saw some horrid reviews. Then we found that it was not rated by AAA, upon whom we trust for good information. That raised some red flags for us. Trepidations are unwarranted. My wife and I travel a lot and stay at moderate-budget properties. We've had our share of bum deals but... more

I stayed at the Courtyard Phoenix North as part of a brief business trip. The front desk staff is friendly enough, although the desk itself is in a very strange location that forces customers to walk down and around, through construction and equipment. It also places the counter at roughly chest level or higher, making one feel like a child... more

About par for a courtyard. The room was a little old, and was kind of dark. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Fine if you're just there for a night or two. There are tonnes of other hotels in the neighborhood that probably deliver similar value. more
