The Days Inn was OK. Before leaving I was a bit woprried by some of thepoor reviews but it was OK for what we expected i.e. a budget hotel. Room was mostly clean, service was friendly, we didn't need to change rooms or anything like that. Not much choice for food unless you are driving. A couple of ast food... more

This hotel had one of the lowest prices in the Phoenix area and it delivered just about what I expected. The hotel did not receive my internet booking, but honored my rate (twenty dollars below normal price). I had no problems with safety and there was very little nightime noise. The room did have an awful citrus odor that took... more

We appreciate your feedback. We would like to let you know that the hotel is being renovated at this time, and it is approximately 50% done. Thank you.

THIS PLACE IS A SCARY DUMP!!!! Unsafe location, loud all hours of the night, dingy sheets, scalding hot or freezing cold showers, toilet didn't work, and sliding doors on the first floor (can you say "break in?"). We had reservations for 5 nights and only made it through 3. We ate the charges for the last two nights and forked... more

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel for three days on a business trip. If I hadn't arrived too late to call the office for a different reservation, I would not have stayed even one night. The sheets didn't look as if they were changed, they were dingy and wrinkled. The carpet had years of ground in dirt, the... more

Seriously, just stay away. This is kind of in a bad area, but that is nothing compared to the rooms and the staff. The front desk staff is so rude and obnoxious. The room we stayed in smelled like cat pee and throw up! Don't even think of complaining, the staff doesn't care and will tell you to go somewhere... more

We recently spent 4 days at the Days Inn at I-17 & Thomas in Phoenix. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again. One of the reasons we chose this property is because we received a very good room rate and an extremely reasonable fee for our two tiny dogs. Our pool side room had 2... more

We stayed here March 21, 2007 through March 24. This place is badly in needs of a beauty makeover. The staff is so unfriendly. The halls smell of smoke so bad you are wondering what your non smoking room is going to smell like. We opened the bathroom door on arrival and the smell almost knocked us over. There was... more

This is a hotel for college guys on their way to Vegas, and no more. No the roof didn't leak, but it's a noisy, smelly dump and no self-respecting business traveler, family or even yougster should consider it. Got fifty bucks? Need a "place to crash?" You'll probably love it, but most of us are done with Days Inn. more

Very poor customer service. We tried to get two extra pillows for two days and finally got them before bed on the second night. Front desk girls were rude and did have time for us and no one seemed to be able to open any storage unless maintenance was there at 9 PM. Room is in need of repair as... more

The place is in an unsafe location. It is dirty and basically a filthy dive. Things were also missing from our room on the second day of our stay and the hotel completely denied it. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told he wasn't there. How can no one be in charge? We were there with... more
