We stayed 2 nights. When we checked in we were given a room on the ground floor parking side. When we got in, I knew I couldn't stay in that room because it was dirty, and I didn't feel safe. Went back to the front desk and demanded something different on the 2nd floor. They gave me a new room,... more

The people were pleasant at check-in, and the room was clean and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Went skinnydipping in the middle of the day; front desk gave me permission when I asked, and no one seemed to care .. I thought that was pretty cool. I'll definitely stay here again. more

I don't expect much for $50 a night, really, but I did have a few problems with my room. First of all, I entered my room, it was completely dark, I fumbled for the light switch, it didn't work. The light switch, and three different lamps all did not work. I found the light switch in the bathroom, and the... more

Arrived on March 5th and discovered the wi-fi Internet did not work in the room which had been booked and pre-paid by my company. I was moved to a room by the freeway where the wi-fi did work, but this move was the beginning of a nightmare which plagued the visit right up until I left the following Thursday. Each... more

The area is very shady and we were to scared to leave the hotel ground apart from the evening to grab pizza from the local take-away across the road and... more

We arrived at the hotel relatively late at night and first impressions can definetly be misleading. We arrived late Saturday night, and it appeared that every room was full with people partying and some of them looked rather rough. The hotel itself is not in a very nice part of Phoenix. I wouldn't really recommend walking anywhere around there after... more
