In all fairness I must say that our stay at the Fairmont Princess was very nice and I would certainly stay with them again. My issues are as follows: 1) Knowing that we (traveling with wife and young child) would be arriving late at night, I called a few days in advance to arrange the room upgrade (courtesy of AMEX... more

The Fairmont Princess was a great place to stay. Upon check-in we were disappointed that our room was not like the ones pictured on the website, although we were told that we were being given the best one available in the class that we'd paid. It could have been worst - we had a view, some had a view of... more

WONDERFUL! Just one step onto the grounds of the resort and you immediately feel a sense of peace and tranquility. Beautiful grounds, bocce ball, pools, badminton, fishing, and one of the best spa experiences ever. The family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were perfect and spacious. All of the restaurants were fabulous with the one exception of Bourbon Steak. La... more

My husband and I stayed at the Princess for 3 nights May 13 - 16 in a "casita" which is like a little house or cottage. It was possibly slightly bigger than my house in Seattle! It was beautiful. The Princess is a gorgeous, sprawling campus with multiple buildings, beautiful grounds, multiple swimming pools, multiple excellent restaurants, and a golf... more

Went to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for a quick overnite meeting. Check in was a breeze, staff friendly. Took a quick tour of facilities before dinner meeting. Lots of fountains, big pool infront, golf course available, very small gym that seemed kind of claustrophobic, volleyball nets, putting green and even a fishing hole. You can get poles to catch little fishes!... more

We went for an extended family trip after Christmas. Since we had the AmEx package, we were upgraded to a Casita - a beautiful room with a great view of the golf course. The hotel is under some construction - hopefully they will fix some things. The room has 2 double beds (most hotels have queens now) - better for... more

This is a review I wrote shortly after our stay that was never posted. I know things can change dramatically even over a few days time, but in reading the reviews on the Princess recently, I see it is still the fabulous property that it was almost a year ago. In a nutshell-The Princess is a beautiful property. I was... more

I recently stayed 6 nights with my wife at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Over the past few weeks, we were getting a little nervous because of the negative reviews on TA. I am glad that we kept our reservation and was very happy with the Fairmont. We stayed in one of the standard rooms within the hotel. First, the rooms... more

We were lucky enough to spend 5 nights here recently. This is a fabulous property. The grounds and landscaping are very lush, there are bunnies running around everywhere, and our casita was just off the 5th tee of the TPC golf course, so we met a number of golfers whose balls ended up out of bounds by our patio. The... more

We had a very good stay at the resort enjoying the main pool, bars, and the waterslides. I agree with other reviews that the property is quite large and it's quite easy to get lost while strolling from place to place. I really enjoyed the size of the bathroom compared to other hotels that have stayed at in the past.... more
