A little shocked at how the hotel was setup outdoor, motel style, but other than that a pretty textbook Embassy Suites. I had a first floor room, and was a little freaked out at how the guestroom door didn't come all the way down to meet the floor, leaving about a inch of space. My fear would be any insects... more

I've checked in about an hour ago. This is my first stay here. Staff is friendly, room is clean and nice. You can see results of recent renovation. I've got a room which faces the freeway. Honestly, you do not want to be in your room during the day and evening because highway noise is quite loud. So if you... more

I am a big fan of Embassy Suites and this property is not as luxurious as some, but is a very good choice. The rooms have been recently upgraded and it is hard to beat the space of an EB suite. The in-room amenities of a wet bar, pull-out sofa and refrigerator are all plusses. The place is quiet (away... more

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Tempe from March 26-29, and had a very positive experience. When I arrived around Noon, my room was not ready, but the front desk and housekeeping had it ready within an hour. Once I got settled, I was able to take advantage of the pool, whirlpool during the day; complimentary breakfast in the... more

I've probably stayed at this hotel over 100 nights for business, and I was so relieved when they finished the badly needed room renovations. The furniture/decorations were a welcome upgrade. Although I still wouldn't call these rooms luxurious, they are extremely spacious. There is a large family/dining room when you enter with a TV, couch, table, mini-fridge and microwave. Then... more

I enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, and this location met all of our group needs for the week. With long days at our headquarters, it was welcoming to come back to a clean & comfortable room. The staff was great. more

After you check in at the lobby, arm yourself with a compass in an attempt to find your room. Unlike most Embassy Suites properties that are located in a multi story building, with an open atrium, this one has multiple two to three story buildings that are configured in a maze like configuration. There is no logical order to the... more

I've stayed at hotel numerous occasions over the past 12 years. I've noted in the tripadvisor review several comments concerning "needs renovation". Truth be told I am not the one to obsess over faded drapes, or patched in the wall paper. I'm most concerned with cleanliness, convenience, comfort. However hotels, with heavy usage and guest expectations, need regular renovations so... more

This Embassy Suites has just done a million dollar renovation, to public rooms, meeting space and sleeping rooms. The colors and warm and inviting, not your typical Southwest. The fabrics are beautiful along with the art displayed. The lobby is spacious with good seating arrangements. I enjoyed the pool and found it very clean with lots of towels. The breakfast... more

My sister and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Tempe, to attend a college related special event. The hotel was fabulous! The staff was great, the room was very nice and large. We used the swimming pool and work-out facilities. All were very nice. And the hotel was very close to the Airport, the outlet mall, and Scottsdale. I... more
