Ok, here's the deal. It's an old hotel. It has a ghostly reputation. I give it a 5 on my rating because that's what I expected. It's not fresh and new. The property is lovely, if old, and the view from the Observation Deck is beautiful. I liked the antiques and the ambiance of the original hotel. There were some problems, however.
