The hotel looks pretty clean (despite some stains on the hallway or the used carpet on the main entry stairs), the breakfast was good and various, but the room was much too small for a four-star hotel. A bad note also for the parking space - a concrete pot-holed dirty backyard. more

We spent three nights in the New Montana hotel in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is perfect, easy to walk to everything. Despite the fact that this is regarded as one of the top hotels in Sinaia, it was disappointing. Internet access is advertised on their website, but in fact it is only in one or two specific areas - not in the rooms! The access was quite important to me. If you are looking for a large, modern hotel while on vacation in Romania....this is it! This is a convention type hotel. Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, pastry, cereal, etc. They have a very nice pool, so bring your suit. more

After volunteering in an orphanage in a poorer region of Romania, the Hotel Montana was like paradise. The hotel is new and modern a 4 star hotel. Nice bathtubs with hot water! Splashy lobby area.
