What a disappointment! We cannot believe Cross House has been given a 5 diamond rating. Why?!?! Dirty rooms with peeling paint and wallpaper. i have just visited this hotel and was really impressed it was such a comfortable hotel, good breakfast and really nice people , very close to amenities which was good as didnt have to walk far after a good evening out, will definately be returning to this hotel more
