I highly recommend Coswarth House, It is the best B&B / Guesthouse we have stayed in since visiting Welgelegan Guesthouse, Cape Town. Mike and Mary's outstanding attention to detail is to be commended. The bedroom (Garden) was both spacious & comfortable, the bathroom a delightfully bright room with excellent shower and a fab bath overlooking the estuary. Breakfast is served... more

What a lovely BB. Our room was the corner room with view over the estuary. The bed was very comfy and large, excellent choice of breakfast which was served in our room (weather permitting can eat outside) Mike and Mary were very hospitable and Mike's cake was delicious. I have already recommended Coswarth House to my friends. Krystyna and Kelvin more

Just spent three nights at Coswarth House booked for us by our children to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. This is nothing like any B & B we have ever stayed in. Mike and Mary are the perfect hosts, they have thought of everything. The rooms, bathroom, breakfast - just amazing - we loved it and did not want to... more

Having seen that Coswarth house was highly rated by previous visitors, we decided to give it a go. It's quite a while since we stayed in a guest house and had memories of candlewick bedspreads and fierce landladies, but this was very far removed from all that! Our room was very spacious and tastefully furnished; the bed was comfy but... more

We'd like to thank our guests for taking the time to write their positive review and we are delighted that they enjoyed their time with us. Without wanting to seem ungrateful we didn't feel that describing our location as being in a housing estate really conveyed the correct image of our location. We live a couple of minutes walk from...

We stayed for one night in Coswarth House at the beginning of April, on the way to Falmouth. We booked it on the strength of the reviews on Tripadvisor, so we knew it would be very nice. Not only can I concur with all of the reviews, but it exceeded expectations. As well as being a lovely B&B in its... more

If you're looking for perfection and a little touch of luxury in a very relaxed atmosphere in Padstow and great value for money, then go no further than Coswarth House. Mike and Mary are very welcoming hosts from the start to the finish of your stay. They have paid great attention to the finer detail from the welcoming pot of... more

We have just arrived home after a delightful stay 5 night at Coswarth House. I can only echo all of the previous reviews. Mike and Mary have tried hard to think of everything that might be needed when you are away from home. They are both really friendly and welcoming. We were given tea and cakes in our room when... more

You run out of superlatives for this place. What makes it so special are the little touches. So for example, I really enjoyed one of the breakfasts and quite unasked for, the recipe was written out for me. That's very unusual service. Both the room we stayed in (Estuary) and the bath are wonderful for views, the bed is comfy... more

We stayed at Coswarth House for two nights in September 2007 and came away super impressed. All the basics are done exceptionally well, but it is the attention to detail which is a lesson to every other B&B in the land. For example, our room had a local OS map to borrow; when we bought a bottle of champagne and... more

We stayed at Coswarth House for New Year and were very impressed with the facilities and the warm welcome we received. This was easily the best accommodation we have stayed in when visiting Cornwall. The aromatherapy massages from Mary are particularly good. We enjoyed having breakfast and newspapers delivered to our room which was a relaxing start to the day.... more
