returned on the 20th of may this year , what a disaster ! no we will never return , its like butlins with sun!! , rooms shabby dirty and cockroaches galore , nothing in the fridge no tea /coffee perculators that dont work , we had 3 room changes all very poor floors were filthy , food very poor quality... more

just arrived back from dunes hotel 2nd june 08 having had an excellent holiday all 12 of us only complaint was rooms need updating. food excellent and staff wonderfully friendly. if doing trips go and see marco on the beach very trustworthy and good value for money. would like to return. mandy rudd and party more

My wife and I stayed at Dunes for a week. If anything, way too much of a good thing. In fairness, the rooms need updating, but they were good enough, clean, spacious and we never missed anything.
