The hotel neighborhood is really scary. The hot water from the shower lasted 5 minutes and became cold. I have also stayed at Eduard's hotel and had the same problem with the water, but the neighborhood was a little better there but I wouldn't recommend any of the two more

The rudest front counter staff that I have encountered in all the travelling I've done. I arrived quite late and they insisted that they didn't have my reservation. After quite a production I had them look again and they eventually found it. The room was not non-smoking even though I had requested one. It had quite a strong smoky small.... more
