This was the best holiday I have ever been on to date. The staff were lovely and would do anything for you. People who say anything negative about the hotel really need to remember which country this is in! I did get poorly, but once again you need to remember your in Africa! Great hotel and service was excellent. Split our stay between the hotel and safari which was just right. One draw back was the HUGELY over priced hotel shop. Avoid it at all costs.
