Booked to stay in Palm Beach resort. It is a fantastic place and the rooms are great. All bar staff and waiting staff are amazing and friendly. We also booked for Paradise side of hotel but were upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. The three hotels are all joined in a row. We had booked for the Neptune Paradise village, but on arrival we were ushered in Palm Beach resort . The rooms are big and luxurious, the service at the restuarant superb. Booked a last minute and stayed the first 2 weeks of October at the Neptune Palm Beach Resort wich is next to the paradise village resort.
