Embassy is a pretty good chain normally, but I was especially pleased with their Rogers location. The atrium is extremely nice, and the customer service was excellent. I stayed here for three nights in April. Embassy Suites is relatively new. The lobby is great - very open & light with very innovative & open check-in desks. We went for Thanksgiving Weekend to just get away. The rooms were very nice and the service was great. The breakfast was amazing BUT the evening snacks were VERY LACKING.... it was pretzels and soda. The pool was very small, but clean. The steam room was a nice surprise. The SPA was AMAZING and the prices were great for massages. more

This is a new lovely hotel which is in the high end area of Rogers. The Pinnacle Promenade Mall is right across the highway which features nice shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a gem. Not what I was expecting for Arkansas. The rooms were clean and well decorated with all the conveniences a seasoned traveler needs.
