We stayed in the Captain's room, and although is very roomy, 2 full beds, plus lvg room furniture; the mattresses must be at least 20 yrs old. Stay in room 9, Captian Davenport's Retreat, yes it is a bit more in price, but the room is much roomier then the others, comfortable and the views spectacular,, we tried other rooms on earlier visits but would not stay again unless we get to stay in room 9. Stayed there mid-2003. Unlike most bed and breakfast establishments I've visited, it doesn't have a true "breakfast" with the "bed." Instead, they give you a voucher for $7 to spend at the restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the breakfast entrees cost more than $7, so you end up paying some out of pocket.
