Only stayed one night at the Best Western as it was a stop over on a road trip and couldn't have been happier. We checked in late at night due to our car breaking down and there was no problem - the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was bigger than i had expected which was a nice surprise... more

I just returned from a week-long camping trip at Cottonwood Lakes (where I slept in a sleeping bag on a sleeping pad on the ground for six nights). Unfortunately the worst night's sleep I had was the night before the camping trip when I stayed one night in Room 112 at the Best Western Frontier Motel in Lone Pine, CA.... more

This Best Western is a great value. Spacious rooms with adequate soundproofing on the south end of town, a short drive from downtown but away from the hub bub. The bed was comfy, the cable TV was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast had a few reasonably healthy options (Cheerios, milk, hard-boiled eggs). BUT the whole reason I booked this stay... more

We've stayed here before (four years ago) and we'll stay again. It is an older property, but it is very well maintained. The place is constantly updated. Our room (standard queen) was a bit on the small side, but the updated bathroom was large enough for a party. The free breakfast is quite nice and the breakfast room is charming.... more

I am not a big fan of Best Westerns, because they are so inconsistent. There are not many choices in this area and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is more of a motel. But the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bathroom is cramped and needs updating, but there is a certain charm to... more

Only stayed one night here but the service, food and room was excellent in presentation and value. Rooms were large as was the choice for breakfast in the buffet room. Was under going construction of their reception are, but this didn't interupt our check-in or the quality of service. more

We spent 2 nights at the Best Western in the summer and we were very pleased with our stay. We have only eaten in Lone Pine but decided on this trip to stay and do some hiking. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly & very helpful with places to hike & directions. The rooms were large enough... more

Good motel, nice rooms, not fancy but good. Spacy. Washing machines, dryer, ice machine, pool, and a smal breakfast. Ok, we have seen much worse. more

When I arrived at night, they had given my room (booked well in advance) to another customer, who somehow (without documentation) could persuade the staff that this person was me. So they checked me into another room, but said that they would have to move me the next day (3 night stay). To smooth things over, they gave me another... more

We (me, my hubby, our G shepard and husky mix) loved this hotel! I found it on the internet and was happy with the trip advisor reviews. Photos made it look OK. The place I really wanted was booked up (Dow Villas), and I'm glad! The place just looks OK from the outside, but it has very nice rooms and... more
