Arrived filthy toilet empy drink bottle and condom wrappers in the trash can in plain site, bed sheets had stain and hairs on them, complained and received a blank look, if that was not bad enough I had just previously signed up for their rental service and was blatantly lied to and then I was given a never ending run... more

Upon arriving we were charged an additional fee for my small dog that was not mentioned before ( I had already paid all pet charges on my credit card when I made the reservation). We arrived late at night and were able to gain someones attention who was still working in the office. After we received our key, this person wasn't there anymore. No wonder: sheets and covers were dirty, even blood stains on them and hair everywhere. The entire room was dirty and disgusting. Only recommendation: stay away from this place! more
