this was my first visit to the USA and the people at the hotel were really friendly and helpful the hotel was spotless and met up to more then my expected standards. I am retuning to this hotel next year. I reccomend this hotel to anyone. more

My mom and I stayed here. At fist we thought, oh, it's a holiday inn, it should be okay. However, it was up to date, decorated beautifully and had a balcony with a fabulous view of the studio city hills. Not to mention there is a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. You can't hear the freeway. I've stayed at this hotel twice and had a nice stay on both occasions. To start with the down sides, its right next to the busy 101 freeway although the traffic noise doesn't bother me. Hi, we stayed at the Beverly Garland for 4 nights. Here's my thoughts... Location- Near freeway, but we were not bothered by the traffic noise at all. Extremely close to Universal Studios- Great complimentary hotel shuttle to the studios. North Hollywood is a beautifully clean area, that is a lot safer than other parts of LA.
