We atayed at River point for a week in May on a timeshare trade. We knew they were trailors but went for the locations. Unfortunately if you are there during a hear wave, which we were, the air conditioning units are very loud. The washers and dryers are in an outdoor shed, and very hot. We were disappointed with our stay at River Pointe. The first reaction was, "I didn't know it was a trailor." It is not a 5 star accomodation nor is the surrounding area it is located in.
