Wonderful environment-rooms are very clean,crisp and comfortable. Beds are wonderful. Wood floors are very nice-hard to find in that area-most everyone has carpeting. The Mod Resort is a relaxing, conveniently located, immaculately clean and pleasant resort. Laura is a great host and we couldn't have asked for more. The bed was super comfortable and we had a small kitchenette. For us, it was perfect. more
