Our room was clean, the beds are comfortable and provided extra pillows. I was pleased to find that it had windows that opened. A pool would have been nice. We did not use the gym nor the business center. The gym did require a separte key card however. The parking was easy. I would stay in this property again. more

Not alot of frills. No pool. Rooms are clean and updated with new tile and granite in bathroom. We paid extra for a room with a refrigerator and microwave. No view and you will hear the main road if you have your window open. Hotel was quiet, but we were not there in peak period. May 31 - june 7.... more

Nasty hotel. Very outdated with a bad paint job to make look "new". Everything was done on the cheap. Thin walls keep me up all night. Located in a bad area. You pay for what you get. Teenagers partying in the halls on a Wednesday night. The owners were very nice, but that is not how or why I choose... more

This hotel is very clean and the staff was great. We had a suite which had queen bed and a sofa. The room is large and it had coffee maker, hair dryer, and extra pillows. We stay here for 3 days and the room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and had lots of choices... more

Quality Inns International has denied any responsibility for their franchisee, who has failed to rectify the horrible service we received. They never bothered to clean our room and when we asked for maid... more

We stayed here for two nights in mid-April. We knew it was not a 5 star hotel and it wasn't, but we also did not pay a 5 star price. It was perfect for what we needed. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and I really did not experience the noise problem that has been mentioned a... more

Can best be described as "you get what you pay for". Best price in the area but paper thin walls, extremely dated rooms with tired carpet. Complimentary breakfast consists of toast and cereal ...and only if you arrive early. more

It's one of the better choice in Santa Rosa. The staff is very friendly. The room was a little small, but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good because it was free. The exercise room and the business center was nice ans well equip. All in all, would stay there again. more
