I'll start off saying that the staff was exceptional. No problems there! Our room was so hot it was unbearable. The first night we stayed the hotel was fully booked, so no chance of getting a different room. It turns out our compressor was bad and it was "fixed" the next day. Still soo hot (over 75 degrees), so the... more

Great stay at the Embassy Suites. I stayed for business only and the location north of Colorado Springs helped to springboard the trip on to Denver the next morning. I would and will stay here again. Rooms are nice (note to self: do not use hair dryer and heater in the bathroom at the same time). If I had stayed... more

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for our Honeymoon! I loved being able to have a mountain view from our balcony! It was nice to have separate rooms for living and sleeping areas. The room was always clean and the workers were nice!! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and breakfast a few times. I wish more hotels would have services... more

Perfect could describe this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very spacious and it was great to have the bedroom separate from the living area as to have more room to spread out. Even on vacation, sometimes it is nice to be able to have a break from the kids (or husband for that matter). The... more

Stayed for three nights in July with my daughter. Embassy Suites was not originally our first choice but we are glad the plans worked out as they did. The hotel is very nice especially the atrium area. The rooms are large, the beds were comfortable and we had no problems with the air conditioning that some had noted. The bathroom... more

We took a minivacation to Colorado Springs and stayed in the Embassy Suites. It was the only hotel in the area with balconies and our room on the south side had a lovely view. As with all Embassy Suites, they had an indoor pool and hot tub and complementary cocktails and breakfast. The atrium was beautiful and very tropical feeling.... more

Excellent place. Kids enjoyed thoroughly. Atrium and Breakfast area is one of the best I have ever stayed. Breakfast makes you feel like a king. Very nice place to relax and enjoy your colorado vacation. Friendly and informed staff. Caution: Room # 241 is next to vending machines and you get a constant humming noise of the generators. Hotel staff... more

My fiance and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a weekend in March, 2008. We had a really nice time, but there were a couple things that we didn't like the most. First the good: - The lobby/atrium - The ES has done a fantastic job of creating a tropical atrium, complete with a waterfall and real tropical plants... more

The Embassy Suites was a wonderful hotel. There was a fairly large living area with a T.V., sleeper sofa, desk and mini bar with refrigerator in the first room. That led into the bedroom with another T.V., very comfortable bed and a small balcony. In the evenings from about 5:00-7:00 they served complimentary drinks at the bar with pretzels/chips and... more
