we arrived at Denver airport and could not find the hotel as the address district is not where the hotel is. Reception was helpful. This was a bad start. There was no asssitance with luggage. We got a good sized room but the decor was poor and in the common areas simply dreadful. Few if any pictures. The lifts were... more

This has been the most horrible stay for us in a hotel EVER! We stayed at the Sheraton hotel the night before we flew to the Netherlands again. The room looked really nice, but it's soooo noisy, for example in the hallways. There were a bunch of "famous" people, at least that's how they called themselves, and ofcourse they stayed... more

Tiny bathroom and noisy. I could hear the guy next door using the toilet. Noisy hallways with loud ill-mannered children. The doors do not just close, but SLAM! Tissue paper thin walls. We paid a ridiculously low rate but I still feel ripped off. It would have been nice to sleep. more

Two stays over two weeks and I will never step in this hotel again. First stay I had tired room on a non preferred floor that had old broken desk chairs and a large table where a chaise should have been. This also had two connecting doors with very loud TVs next door. Bathrooms are TINY and water pressure was... more

Hotwire listed this hotel as a 3 1/2 star but I would give it a 3 star. The positives about this hotel are: 1 - Free parking 2 - Safe location 3 - Convenient location (right off the highway) 4 - Great Breakfast Buffet that will cost you about $12 5 - Beautiful Lobby with cozy fireplace 6 - Business... more

I travel about 120 nights per year. I am a platinum Starwood member and have learned that the Sheraton brand varies greatly from property to property. This is one of those properties that will NOT pleasantly surprise you. I found the front desk staff difficult to work with after checking in. For example, I requested my stay extended to a... more

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while on vacation. This is definitely more suitable for business trips than for tourists. Nothing terribly exciting is located by it. There is a mall about a mile away and that is it. The beds were very comfortable, but the bathrooms could have been better. One very frustrating thing about this hotel... more

I stayed on a Saturday night [pretty dead night there since it's a somewhat pricey business hotel that caters to airline crews]. I was on a Gift Certificate 'comped' by the hotel so that one would think that they'd go the extra mile to be sure my stay was good. 1. checking in: very friendly staff who had some difficulty... more

Stayed here for one night and major complaint is that the room was very warm and stuffy. Even after we finally turned on the air conditioner it wouldn't cool down. The thermostat seemed to be preset and wouldn't respond to the temperature we set it to. I might add that it was 10 degrees outside! The bathroom was very small... more

The hotel was just average. Small rooms, small lobby, dark hallways, etc. The restaurant was dead at dinner time. I stayed in the hotel 6 nights for business and was less than impressed. You also have to check your alarm clock every night. The maids kept turning the alram clock radio to a spanish am station and then turned the... more
