We have repeatedly visited the property over the years. The service is outstanding. We go for the tennis. The courts are the best and most maintained we have ever played on and the tennis staff takes good care of us. But the other hotel amenities are great, too. The spa is luxurious. Stayed the for 5 nights on business a couple of years ago. The hotel had excellent service and the room was exeptional. Only downside would be the price. Good service and accpmodation cost good money more

The Boca Raton Resort was disappointing from the moment I arrived. Attended a conference and my guest room and bathroom was dated, dingy, and smelled moldy. Most of the common areas of the resort were tired – the resort is in need of a total renovation to justify its high prices. The resort grounds are beautiful and the golf facilities... more

As other reviews have said--the staff are friendly and helpful (except the blond barmaid at Bar Luna). I stayed in "the Cloisters," apparently the oldest part of the hotel--and the age showed: the corridors stank of cleaning fluid? chlorine? something strong and chemical-ly. We stayed at the resort for a work conference. The property is beautiful, but I'll come away from this trip thankful that most of it will be expensed! Stayed for conference, I think $28 for a hamburger for lunch is over rated. Stayed in the tower which had an excellent view. The room was a standard room and I felt everything was overpriced. Enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic last December much more. more

Stayed here for the Florida Bar's annual meeting on Thu., 6/19/2008. Arrived at 1:00 p.m., and their check in time is not until 4:00 p.m....the staff took down cell phone numbers for both me and my husband. When they did not call by 6:00 p.m., he checked with the front desk, and finally got a room...they just never called us... more
