The Holiday Inn was a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful and the room very very nice. We upgraded to an ocean view for only a small charge. We just got back from a week in Clearwater Beach where we stayed at the Holiday Inn. This hotel just went through a a major renovation where millions of dollars were spent and it shows. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel does not have a beach, but when the tide goes out in the afternoon, you can swim behind the hotel. The beach is less than five minutes walk away.
