The Paradise Inn certainly lives up to its name. A superb location, great facilities and we found the staff very helpful but unobtrusive. Its an oasis of tranquility but within easy reach of all the attractions of the town centre. We would certainly stay there again! more

This is a classic case of the importance of customer service. An otherwise outstanding stay was marred by the attitude of the day desk clerk. He was snide, rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. We were very disappointed by the way we were treated at Paradise Inn. Their website makes them seem very service-oriented, when in fact they could care less about the people paying them to stay there. We will never go back. more
