Another great stay at the Paradise Inn. Again we were most impressed with all of the folks in the front office (Norman, Sarah, Gator) as well as the housekeeping staff. All were very friendly, helpful and accommodating (and sometimes funny too). In addition, they are very knowledgeable about the area (activities, restaurants, snorkling trips, etc) The inn itself continues to... more

The Paradise Inn certainly lives up to its name. A superb location, great facilities and we found the staff very helpful but unobtrusive. Its an oasis of tranquility but within easy reach of all the attractions of the town centre. We would certainly stay there again! more

My wife and I arrived on Friday May 30th and left on Monday June 2nd. Everything was perfect. The entire staff was friendly and very helpfull. We were even suprised with a bottle of champaign and a card wishing us a happy anniversary on Saturday. We only did the breakfast once and it was your basic continental breakfast. We enjoyed... more

My husband and I were to stay at the Paradise Inn beginning on Friday, May 30, and leaving Sunday, June 1. With our confirmation number in hand (guaranteeing late arrival), we drove two and a half hours, after working a twelve-hour day, only to be told that they didn't have our room and it wouldn't be available until Saturday. What???... more

Just got back from a weekend stay at Paradise Inn. The Inn itself has decent rooms. Basic continental breakfast was included ... bread, fruit, coffee, juice. Most of the staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful, with the notable exception of the guy working the desk during the day. From the moment our group arrived (we booked 5 rooms),... more

This is a classic case of the importance of customer service. An otherwise outstanding stay was marred by the attitude of the day desk clerk. He was snide, rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. An otherwise delightful stay was ruined by his poor and, yes, hostile, treatment of the guests. The inn itself was fabulous - clean, quiet, beautiful intimate pool, great... more

We spent 6 nights at the Paradise Inn and loved it. Only one block off of Duval street, it is centrally located and you can leave your car and walk almost anywhere you'd want to go. Our room was lovely...we had one of the full suites. The living room had hardwood floors, a full size sofa plus a couple of... more

Paradise Inn is centrally located in old town on Simonton Street, one street after and parallel to Duval Street. You can easily leave your car at the inn (plenty of parking) and walk or cab anywhere in Key West. We've stayed several times at Paradise Inn but never by choice, the last time finding ourselves in Key West at the... more

We were offered this location through Vacation Key West which is a local agency that works with all the locations in Key West and checks for availability for you without you having to second guess. They were wonderful. The Paradise Inn is a fabulous little resort with parking and privacy. They have many suites to choose from and the rooms... more

We were very disappointed by the way we were treated at Paradise Inn. Their website makes them seem very service-oriented, when in fact they could care less about the people paying them to stay there. We will never go back. more
