Our check in was smooth, every thing was over priced. The fact that you’re a guest at the resort means nothing. Five dollar chair charge at the pool, cover charge at the bars when live music is playing, ten dollar drinks. You will be hard pressed to find good service any where in the Keys. My advice is to keep on looking. After we got there and got a look around, we realized that we probably could have gone there and gotten a better deal with better amenities somewhere else. We had a coupon for Holiday Isle through one of the books you can get in gas stations and the water sports looked really good. The coupon was for $109 but the cheapest we could get was $169. I just got back from spending ten days at the Holiday Isle in Islamorada. In fact, we were married there. For weddings, they have a beautiful outdoor "island" for the ceremony and a fabulous private out door pavillion for the reception. It was post card perfect and beautiful.
