The Hammocks rooms are nice, we had 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms and nice views and 2 big bathrooms. The kitchen area is small if you cook or need storage for food items. Some great room views are 218 or the third floor. The Tiki bar had the best key lime pie and added extra whip topping for the teens.... more

Well, we got bamboozled. Using hotels.com, my wife and I booked a stay at the Hammocks. We then purchased our airline tickets, rental car etc... we just returned from the hammocks at marathon. we had 2, 2 bedroom units. 214 and 216. They face the back of the property which is the coast guard station. You do hear the speaker from the station but nothing that isn't tolerable. Our stay was very pleasant. the hotel staff and front desk were very pleasant and shared things... more

The Resort is basically nice. There is a large nice pool and a decent hot tub. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had sugar ants on the kitchen countertops. It seems like the entire resort has a problem with these because I saw them on the counter where you check in too. Also our room faced the Coast Guard... more

A lot of people mentioned being harrassed by the staff to take the Bluegreen presentation..well, let me say one thing first...I am a Bluegreen owner and I absolutely love it...take the tour. Now, I have a complaint too. We ARE owners and they STILL harrassed us to come to some type of meeting to learn how to use our points.... more
