my family and i spent a week there. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the gardens and the view of the gulf are beautiful. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the resort is very kid friendly. i recommend the Gulf View to anyone who wants a true Key experience. more

This hotel only looks great by its website. I believed we were getting a waterview, however we did not. The room for 4 was very small and not clean. The place is very outdated. Tremendous amounts of clutter and debris on the grounds. Overpriced for what you get. more

What our family of two adults and two small children loved about Gulf View Waterfront Resort was the tropical garden, the pool, the parrots and other birds and animals and the closeness to the gulf - GREAT -(however the water is dirty and smelly so you can't swim in it).
