I really wanted to do a review on this resort because the kids had such a great time. This is the first review I have ever done on a resort, and this one really deserved my time in telling others how great of a time their kids will have. I have stayed at many other nice resorts like the Marriott... more

We stayed here last summer with family members who are owners at this resort. For that reason, I don't have information about the check-in experience other than waiting around for about 30 minutes, which can be typical of timeshares. We had a two bedroom unit, not the newest but not the oldest either and found it very comfortable. Furnishings were... more

Do you want to be hard sold a timeshare with a promise of cheapers theme park tickets, or plastic tube rental for their on-site water park? and what about, clueless, idiotic staff, some of whom are rude and obnoxious to you ..... If so then this is the place for you... if not, read on. When you check in to... more

We just returned from Orange Lake Country Club. Wow! is this place big. It has 4 golf courses on the property. We played on the Ledgends course which is is PGA course and on the 9 hole course Cranes Bend. Both courses were excellent. We stayed in the West Village. The resort itself is very large and divided into villages.... more

My girlfriend and I vacationed at Orange Lake while they were undergoing renovations so our experience was affected by this (which we know was expected). Although, Certain things did happened during our stay that could have been avoided by the resort. For starters we were double booked with another couple in the same unit which led to an awkward encounter... more

We where at Orange Lake for one week in July 2008. This resort is a complex of 3 villages with approx. 3000 units. 3 golfs, 11 pools (my favorite was the Lazy river-style pool that floats you along, winding past waterfalls, spa and all the pretty scenery of this complex). They also have a shuttle that runs from 7 a.m.... more

My family and I travel to Orlando frequently, so we've come to know the better hotels and resorts in the area. Although we had never stayed at the Orange Lake Resort and Country Club, the reviews were pretty good and the pool area and amenities looked appealing online. To begin, this resort is a timeshare and while that is not... more

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the older part of the resort. First impressions were that the apartment was very dated and in desperate need of re-furbishment. But we could live with that. However, the list then grew... The dishwasher rack was broken, there was broken glass in the dishwasher, the coffee machine was broken, there was crumbs... more

We returned for a two week visit to OL after having a great experience in 2006 and brought another family with us this time. We recieved 2BDR accommodations in the North Village as requested. This area is central to the resort and easy to come and go from the Publix side. Check in and out was quick and hassle free.... more
