This is my second time staying at Conrad Miami. We got some issues during our stay, but everything was resolved very quickly and professionally, they made sure that we leave the hotel happy. We're supposed to stay for 3 nights during winter music conference 2008. But on the first day we got there, they oversold our room. We had just... more

I checked in quite late in the evening and was told there were no non-smoking rooms left, so I would have to have a smoking room for the first night of my 2 night stay. Ho hum I thought, but they said I'd been upgraded to a suite so didn't mind too much. Anyway, when I got to the room,... more

An interesting thing about the Conrad in Miami is that the lobby is on the 25th floor, and the concierge is on the ground lobby. Weird, I thought at first. But when you think about it, Miami is a high crime city, and I think by having you walk past the concierge and all the ground floor emplyees, and taking... more

The hotel occupies the top floors of the Espiritu Santo building on Brickell Ave. It is a good location on Brickell, and I expect that as Mary Brickell Village (a restaurant/shopping area a... more

The Conrad Miami is located in a spectacular building. The outside of the building was in real bad shape because of Hurricane damage but it was being repaired while we were there. There were a lot of windows blown out and I understand all the windows have to be redone--a major undertaking. Don't let that bother you because inside the... more

I have just come back from a two week stay at the Conrad. First of all, during my stay, I read that 72% of all travellers spend two nights or less at any given property. For this group the Conrad provides a very well-oiled business-centric hotel experience. The IT guys will solve any problem you have in minutes and they're... more
