My friend and I stayed in David Daniel's condo, #203, and it was a great place! Very modern feel and amenities, leather sofa, flat screen lcd and there was even an ipod dock! The location was great. honestly...i really think it depends on your luck of which room you get and what kind of attitude you give the front desk people. they were very helpful..i realized my a.c. wasn't working in my room and they immediatley moved me to another room..the front desk lady even let me look at the room before i switched into it...both rooms... more

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever spent 5 hours at. We checked in at 3:30 am and checked out at 8:30 am. Some of the issues included lack of parking, small, dusty room, and unfriendly front desk. Hotel is not in the best area. more

I found this property thru craigslist and contacted the owner David Daniel directly. Booking was completed promptly and with no problems. The room 203 where I stayed is a very nice studio on a 2nd floor. It's not luxurios but well maintened with all necessities. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
