Hello Readers, This letter comes a little late but deserved none the less. My husband and I stayed at the Fontainebleau April 25th – 27th, 2008. We stayed in a beautiful corner room with an ocean view, room #3502 to be exact. Although we didn’t get to spend much time on the balcony because of the construction it was still... more

We (2 adults, 2 children age 11 and 14) have just returned to Norway after 5 days at Fontainebleau Suites. The hotel is absolute fantastic and so is the staff. When we arrived we had automatically been upgraded to a Sorrento Suite which has recently been renovated. We had a wonderful balcony with ocean view, and the suite was large... more

While attending a trade in Miami Beach my wife & I were booked into the Fontainebleau hotel. We were dreading the stay after reading all the negative reviews. When we arrived we were surprised to find out that we were upgraded to a junior suite in the newly completed "Sorrento" tower. Our room with balcony was on the 18th floor... more

The hotel will be awesome once it is completed. The computer system was down when we checked in so it took FOREVER to get our room. We thought we were getting a two bedroom suite and instead got a one bedroom suite and a junior suite next door to each other. I thought this was a bit misleading. There are... more

*Poor Service: I booked and pre-paid the Ocean View Suite. When we arrived the hotel. We did not get what we paid for. We had a Bay view Suite faced the hotel construction. No explanation or apology. *Charged me twice: I did not find out they charged me twice of the room, until I received my credit card statement. (Fontainebleau... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the second time in March. Overall, it is fabulous and we will be staying again in August. The nice man at the front desk upgraded our room since we were repeat guests, that was very nice. The hotel will be even better when they finish renovations. The pool area is small, and they... more

We stayed at the Fontainebleau Suites for two weekends, both before and after a cruise out of Miami. We were aware of the construction in the area, and chose this hotel because of its proximity to friends, and houses of worship in Miami Beach. The people at the Reception Desk were friendly and efficient, but we were taken aback by... more

Stayed at the world famous Fountainbleu for one night, and thank goodness it was only one night. For the unbelievable price of $450.00 per night, there were no services available as they are in the midst of major reconstruction; there is no restaurant, bars, the swimming pool is backyard size; there is dist flying thru the air, wherever you go,... more

We were very excited about having asuite in this world-famous hotel, but once we got there... we had a junior suite, right, the room was beautiful and clean, but the balcony seemed to be completely "neglected": there was sand everywhere, even what we guessed to be pigeon's excerements and no wonder there was non electic light to read a book... more
