Originally booked another hotel but were moved by Virgin Holidays a few weeks before we were due to travel and having looked at some reviews on the internet we were not completely happy with this hotel. I loved this hotel. We have stayed in 5 different hotels in Orlando and this was by far my favourite, have finally found one I'd return to. It had an outdoor balcony which is unusual for Orlando hotels. It was worth the extra money. For visiting Disney it's a good location. There are lots of nice places to eat nearby... more

The room was VERY clean. I was disappointed that they don't offer free internet access. In this day and age, you would think they would have free internet.
