Disney's Beach Resort was a good hotel, but the Housekeeping needs improvement. After traveling all day with a 4 year old, when we arrived in our room late at night, there was no bed set up for him - it was a pull-out arm chair that turned into a bed, and we had to make it up ourselves - they... more

Having been to Disney many many times I have stayed at a great deal of on-site hotels. That will now change as I will not try any other hotels, the Beach Club Villas are the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa (we prefer the villas with a toddler and pre-schooler) and while the size of the room is... more

This was by far one fo the best family trips we've had to date. A few things we LOVED! Pools - The pools are all perfect tempurature. They all have sand bottoms which is something differnt and cool. There is a really cool slide and there is also a small pool by the access to the big slide so if... more

My wife, I and our two boys (aged 6 and 1) stayed at the Beach Club for three nights from March 13-16 as the front end of Disney's Land/Sea 7 night vacation cruise package. It was our second stay at this property, and once again we found it to be spectacular. The grounds are amazing, clean and picturesque whether strolling... more

Stayed at the Disney Beach Club for three nights in late March. For families with kids, this place is great to take a break from the parks and take a swim. We loved the large waterslide and pool area. Views were excellent all around. Rooms were a little less impressive. Nothing to write home about. Very plain. Balconies were nice,... more

A manager personaly took us up there and the conceige gave us a brief talk about the hotel and disney. The conceige level was great. Some bonus's you got were: Two conceige's there all day. A section... more

Stayed at the Disney Beach Club while attending a conference. The hotel is OK, but really nothing to write home about. Compared to hotels elsewhere, I was surprised that there was just an empty refrigerator that you then had to purchase items for. Even though I purchased items through room service nobody really bothered to check whether the refrigerator was... more

1) exaust duct in bath was inaffective due to the heavily caked dust and soot built up over the years; I alerted maintenance of this and a few days later it was taken care of. 2) in the middle of our stay the hot water system broke down and our showers weren't even lukewarm; a friend of ours lodged there... more
