My family and I just returned from our 8th. visit to Walt Disney World. We stayed for 6 nights at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter. We chose to stay at this resort because we had already stayed at all of the other moderate resorts at least once, and had also stayed at Pop Century and All Star Sports. We wanted... more

I stayed at the French Quarter from May 4th to May 9th. I was pleased with my experience. My room was clean when we got there, it got a little lax after a few days. Checking in was easy and the help was friendly, I lost my room key on the fourth day and had no problems getting a new... more

We stayed in the French Quarter from April26 to May 3rd, 2008. It was a very nice hotel. We liked the location. The staff were friendly. We liked the ferry to Downtown Disney. We didn't have to walk far to get to the hotel food court and pool. My kids are 11 and 13. They liked the pool. We also... more

Port Orleans French Quarter is definitely a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, when we stayed there, the pool was closed, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We had a problem with the door when we first got there, but they sent a maintenance guy over and had it fixed fairly quickly. We walked over to Riverside during... more

We stayed here mid April to the end of April for 14 nights and would never come back to this resort again. The choice of food was limited and the quality was even worse and to be quite honest i wouldnt feed some of it to the pigs. The food hall was very cold, uninviting and the staff struggled a... more

We have just returned from our long weekend at Port Orleans, French Quarter. Let me start by saying, I am an avid Disney Fan. This hotel however was less than "magical" as they say in Disney terms. The room needs quite a bit of TLC. The walls, carpets and overall appearancy was tired. Late in the evening, we pulled back... more

We recently stayed at the PO FQ 4/14 - 4/20 and we were disappointed. The room was very small. One way traffic between the beds and the dresser. Beds were so uncomfortable. Sheets were hard and scratchy. They don't even use fitted sheets so they were all over the place by morning. Good thing I had my clorox wipes since... more

Spent 7 nights here with my wife and 3 daughters at the start of a fortnights holiday. We specifically chose this resort due to it being the smallest of Disney's hotel and in the hope we would have a bit more peace and quiet than its much larger neighbours. It worked! We were allocated a room on the top floor... more

After reading a few unfavourable reviews I was a bit concerned about this hotel. I shouldn't have been. We arrived at about 10:30pm and checked in and got given our room cards for block 4 which was next to the food hall. The room was fine and clean enough. We thought we'd try the food hall, which was rather disappointing... more
