Our front desk manager was wonderful. Priceline had messed up our reservation, and somehow I was given a one bed room when I specifically requested a two bed room (family of four here). We stayed at the Ramada after coming back from Seaside because we were hopping on a flight the next morning. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet and dirt on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The front door to our room would not shut properly and the back door to the property did not automatically close.... more
