I'm not a picky traveler at all, but this place was really disappointing. We traveled to Pensacola for a family reunion in July, and all activities were held at the Clarion Inn. The rooms felt damp and were not clean. The water force in the shower was very weak. There was no ice in the ice makers in our building... more

Our nightmare began the minute we gave our credit card number to book our reservation. After this we had almost $1000.00 worth of Sprint prepaids and two other pre paid phone companies we have never heard of drafted right out of our bank account through our visa check card, which I am not 100 % sure who did it but... more

I justed wanted to say how wonderful my son and daughter-in-laws wedding reception was. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff (Eric & Charles) were extremely helpful. Terry Abernathy who helped with planning the reception for me was an absolute gem when it came to making sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. He had everything ready... more

Stayed here for a week. Staff was quite pleasant, and the room was OK. This is Florida, and rusting metal, a couple of bugs, and a bit of mold here and there is probably not that unusual although that doesn't make them any more pleasant. The carpet was in good shape, the furniture was OK, but the bathtub was rusting... more

I would have to say that this hotel was rather "icky." I found a cockroach climbing the drapes one night. We had another night to stay after this event, but we, please excuse the pun, "bugged" out of there PRONTO. It was all we needed was to take one of these little creatures home in our suitcases. Needless to say,... more

Nice check in area is about all the good I can say. Very user unfriendly as far as having to walk a very long distances to get to your rooms if you want to use the vending machinesor just to go to the lobby if you are in one of the outer areas. Beds were very uncomfortable, Paint peeling for... more

We booked this hotel through pricline and, after reading the reviews here, we were very nervous about staying here. However the reviews below, IMHO, are exagerated and we found it to be OK - but just OK. This hotel is a 2-1/2 star hotel at best and 2 star at worst, so its a matter of setting expectations in the... more

We stayed free on a business trip and this was still too much! This was without a doubt the nastiest hotel I have ever styed in. I am absolutley not a snob, but I felt thoroughly insulted to have been placed there. We were booked for three nights, stayed one and left. It was , musty, moldy, filthy carpet, dirty... more

What a Huge waste of money. $98 + tax (AAA rate). The front Building was attractive and lobby okay but then you get your key and you have to drive around the corner to one of several other builings where the rooms actually are. If I had circled the hotel first I would not have stayed at all. But it... more

Honestly, I had a hard time between Terrible and Okay. I didn't foot the bill..as I was on work related business. I have to agree with the last few reviews. I would NOT stay here again. I would like to have double latched my door, but the chain was broken. The ceiling had LARGE cracks and I wondered the possiblility... more
