I made a reservation online with this B&B due to the billing "Best B&B in St. Augustine". I was sorely disappointed. When I checked in, the room smelled like urine, the was copious dust under the bed and in general, the entire place seemed dirty. I found another B&B that night and checked out. Staying at the Casablanca was a nice weekend getaway. The beds are a dream to sleep on. Each room has it's own theme. very traditional and historic. The tini martini has a lot of action on weekends.
