Someone tried opening our door ... we had just showered and were getting dressed when the door handle was turned about 4 times by someone trying to open the door. I stayed in this hotel for a week and never really had any problems. The rooms were okay, not fantastic but nothing to complain about. I found it very convientent that thier was a bus stop right across the street that would take you to the beaches for only a few dollors (certainly met some interesting people on the buses).... more

The good news is that the people at the front desk were accomodating; my wife checked in before I did and when she go to her "Studio". Room was a dumpy smoking room... so she asked to switch. The staff was accomodating and she switched. I joined her a couple hours later there was all sorts of partying going on... more
