Tallahasse is a wasteland for hotel service. Good service is the exception, not the rule there whether you're talking about hotels or restaurants. Did not even stay, after seeing the room. They showed me another room, which didn't even have a skirt on the bed, with the box spring showing. They aplogized, saying they sold the hotel and would be out of there in 30 days, so they weren't doing any renovations. Doesn't look like they have done any reservations since the 1960s.... more

We booked this hotel through priority club. We used our hard earned points to stay in a hotel that should be torn down. It is dirty and extremely worn. It is located in a very unsafe area with creepy people lurking around. Do not stay here! more

This Holiday Inn has defintitely seen better days. As I former student in Tallahassee, 20 years ago, this was a decent hotel. I recently stayed there during a football game weekend. BEWARE! Everything on the interior of the hotel is worn and dated, the sink in our room was gushing water from the pipe underneath the counter, and the much ballyhooed Holiday Inn showerhead didn't work right.
